MESIT at the NATO Days in Ostrava
At the weekend of 18 - 19 September 2021, MESIT took part in the NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days 2021. At a joint stand with OMNIPOL and ERA, it was once again an honor to welcome business partners, state administration members and the professional public.
It was a great opportunity to discuss existing and new cooperation in the development and production of special electronics for military equipment and aviation. The exhibition in the VIP zone was visited by a number of foreign delegations, and Lubomír Metnar, Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic, was also engaged in discussion with the representatives of our stand.
This year's NATO Days were again much more cheerful thanks to released covid measures and general public participation, with 60,000 people attending the event over two weekend days. In the open area, they could see a large number of exhibits, from land military vehicles to large transport aircraft, and the demonstration area offered an interesting programme with dynamic presentations of current state-of-the-art military technology.
Together with OMNIPOL and ERA, MESIT was the main partner of the 21st edition of this largest security show in Europe.
