Defense and Security Technology in Malaysia
MESIT participated in the jubilee 30th International Fair of Defense and Security Technology - DSA (Defence Services Asia) which took place in the new exhibition area MITEC, Malaysia capital of Kuala Lumpur from 16 - 19 April 2018. DSA is considered to be the most important defense and security exhibition in Southeast Asia and one of the 5 most important defensive trade fairs in the world. On an area of 43,000 m2, nearly 1,500 exhibiting companies from 60 countries offered over 45,000 visitors the opportunity to get acquainted with new advanced technologies and innovative trends. MESIT presented its solution for tactical communication at the stand as part of the Czech official participation.
The exhibition was visited by a number of official state delegations with representatives of all three branches of the Malaysian Army - air, land and naval forces. A number of presentations of tactical radio systems, vehicle intercoms, system for loud broadcasting to the vehicle's surroundings and headsets took place not only for the ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations), but also for other countries from other continents. This important exhibition is also a great opportunity for repeated meetings with existing business partners as well as for creating new business cases.
